Following in the footsteps of “Scooter” McDougle, another athlete, or ex-athlete, from the University of Toledo is accused of point-shaving.

According to a legal document from the U.S. District Court in Detroit, former Toledo hoopster Sammy Villegas is accused of shaving points from 2004-06.

If found guilty, Villegas could face five years in jail or a hefty $250,000 fine.
