Just like Jessica Simpson to Nick Lachey, the Atlanta Falcons seem to be closing the chapter on QB Michael Vick.

Atlanta announced that they signed first round pick and former Boston College signal caller Matt Ryan to a six-year $72 million dollar deal, $34.75 million of it guaranteed.

Even with their prized QB locked up, the Atlanta Falcons are still longshots to win the NFC South, currently listed at +1200.
