The Cleveland Indians ensured that young starter Fausto Carmona will be with them until 2011 as the team signed the young right-hander to a deal that could see him paid upwards of $43 million.

So far in the 2008 season, Carmona has started two games going 1-0 with a 0.69 ERA.

The Indians are set to host the Oakland A’s in a weekend series and Carmona is penciled in as the starting pitcher on Saturday.
