Oklahoma’s Bradford To Start Vs. Baylor
Updated October 9, 2009
Oklahoma head coach Bob Stoops finally made the announcement everyone was waiting for–Sam Bradford will play against Baylor.
The 2008 Heisman Trophy winner said earlier that he would like to get some real-game snaps before the Sooners’ Red River Rivalry game against Texas in two weeks and Stoops said that a decision on his QB’s status would come Thursday or Friday.
Oklahoma is listed as a 27.5-point home fave for Saturday’s Baylor Bears game and the Total is set at 56.
While the Sooners are 8-0 SU in their last eight against the Bears but are only 3-5 ATS in that time as well.
Bradford suffered a shoulder injury in the Sooners’ first game of the season and has missed every game since, including last week’s 21-20 loss to the Miami Hurricanes.
