Florida Gators and USC Upsets?
Coming out of half-time in their game with the Tennessee Volunteers and the #1-ranked Florida Gators are giving a lot of sports bettors a real scare as they are currently only leading 13-6. The game kicked off with the Gators as a 30-point favorite. Bettors also lined up on them in half-time betting as they expect the best team in college football to turn things around and start to roll in the second half, pulling away from this scrappy Vol squad.
Quick update…Florida hasn’t exactly exploded out of the gate in the second half, as they have managed only three points to go up 16-6 past the midway mark in the third quarter.
USC vs. Washington - The heavily favored Trojans are also in a real fight this afternoon, as they were expected to run up a big score on Pac 10 opponent Washington. USC kicked off as a 20-point favorite, but at the midway mark of the third quarter they are locked in 10-10 with the Huskies. SoCal backers are obviously nervous about their tickets, as they are going to need a huge final 20 minutes from Pete Carroll’s team to bring this payday home.
