Eagles’ McNabb Fractures Rib
The Philadelphia Eagles covered as 1-point road underdogs and then some, trashing the Carolina Panthers 38-10 but the win came at a cost.
Donovan McNabb fractured a lower left rib during the game, giving the Eagles a QB problem going into next week’s home opener against New Orleans.
ESPN has Philly head coach quoted as saying, “there’s a chance McNabb could play.”
Michael Vick isn’t eligible to return ’til Week 3 meaning if McNabb can’t play Kevin Kolb will likely start.
