March Madness taks center stage in the betting world again, as the first four matchups of the Sweet Sixteen round tip off tonight. UCLA is the biggest favorite favorite on the board, laying 12 points vs. Western Kentucky.

#7-seed West Virginia is a 1-point favorite over #3-seed Xavier, while Louisville is giving up 3 points in their matchup with Tennessee.

The team favored to win it all, North Carolina, is a 9-point favorite vs. Washington State.
