West Virginia is a 1-point favorite in their Thursday Sweet 16 matchup with Xavier. We have noted that the Mountaineers have not been a great first half team in their first two tournmanent starts, but have cashed for anyone who bet them in the second half of both of those games…something to keep in mind if they don’t have a good start vs. Xavier.
