The city of Philadelphia can clinch its first championship since the eighties with a win in Game 5 of the World Series tonight against the Tampa Bay Rays.

Cole Hamels takes the mound for the Phillies and in stark contrast to Scott Kazmir, has been an Under pitcher with the Total going low in his last six straight starts.

Philly has gone 5-1 in Hamels’ last six starts including four straight wins.

The Phillies are -173 for tonight and the Total is set at 7.5.
