The Milwaukee Brewers will send CC Sabathia to the mound tonight against the Pittsburgh Pirates tonight on short rest–Sabathia last pitched four days ago vs. Cincinnati.

The Brewers have lost Sabathia’s last two starts but are 8-2 in his last 10 and are -270 tonight.
