With the Minnesota Twins a mere game and a half behind, the Chicago White Sox lost team leading RBI getter and AL HR leader Carlos Quentin who broke his wrist.

Quentin could be lost for the rest of the regular season–according to the AP–and will have surgery this coming Monday.

He’ll be re-evaluated in about two or three weeks time.
