NFL commish Roger Goodell’s meeting with former New England Patriots employee Matt Walsh was pretty much a waste of time.

After a meeting with Walsh this morning, Goodell said that the Walsh tapes turned up no new evidence and that there was no videotape containing a St. Louis Rams walkthrough before the 2002 Super Bowl, where the Pats upset the Rams.

Barring new evidence this case is pretty much closed.
