Is the NFL planning to do some spying of its own? No, but it is reportedly going to hire someone to view game footage to determine if players are flashing “gang signals” in TD celebrations.

ESPN reports that the league has long suspected players have been flashing gang signs and will act accordingly if an incident arises.
