Even though the Washington Redskins had a bye week, RB Clinton Portis was still less than 100 percent with a sprained knee.

NFL.com reports that Portis has a second-degree MCL sprain and was listed as questionable on Wednesday.

The Redskins play the Dallas Cowboys this week listed at +1.5.
