Houston WR To File Lawsuit?
After crashing into a band cart that was parked just out-of-bounds of the endzone, Houston Cougars freshman WR Patrick Edwards suffered a compound fracture of his right leg, putting his football career in jeopardy.
“It was duly noted and I think we’ll save the conversation for another day,” said Houston athletic director Dave Maggard.
“I don’t think there is any question that it is a problem. We all noticed it, and we want to find out why something like that would occur. It was a serious injury, no question about it.”
Speculation is a lawsuit could be coming.
