Reports out of the St. Louis Rams camp is that QB Marc Bulger won’t play this weekend vs. the Bengals. The line has moved from -7 up to -9 on the news. Third stringer Brock Berlin (who by the way, has never even attempted a pass in a regular-season NFL game) is tabbed as the starter for this tilt.
