You know the college football season is coming to a close when the Heisman Trophy is awarded.

Texas Longhorns QB Colt McCoy (+250) and Florida QB Tim Tebow (+2000) have been nominated before with Tebow taking the award in 2007.

The rest of the field consists of first-time nominees.

Alabama Crimson Tide RB Mark Ingram is the odds-on fave at -250 and Stanford Cardinal RB Toby Gerhart is listed at +200.

If Nebraska Cornhusker DT Ndamukong Suh wins, he would be one of the few defensive players to take the Heisman and is listed at +400.

The trophy will be awarded on Saturday in New York.
